I am a patient at Ojai Health And Rehab. I have spent the last 10 years in several different skilled nursing facilities for rehabilitation and wound care. Ojai Health And Rehab by far the finest stand-out facility of my experience. My wife went said that it takes a village to take care of me. Well, that’s what we have here a village of really fine professional people who show you authentic Care and consideration in everything they do for you. The team of Nurse assistance work together from teams to accommodate everybody as well as a possibly can and keep you as safe as they can possibly keep you. I’m going to listen their name and if I forget somebody, please forgive me, but these are the people that stand out to me, Lili, Mari li, Desiree, Nathan, Julian, Yvette A., Yvette, Jewels, Liz, Liz, Selene, Ashley, Socorro, Sara, Robin, Auriana, Leo, Victoria, Alejandro. I wasn’t every single one of these people it’s top-notch I make you feel like you’re at home being cared for. Now that we mention the nursing assistance and please forgive me if I left somebody out that has treated me well, but I’m going to be realist of the names of the people. I know of the Nurse again top notch in every way to make you comfortable and make sure you take care of. Sara, Radika, Janet, Christian , Ed, Carlton, Jesus, and I know there’s a few more that I cannot remember the names at this time all of them top quality nurses giving you their all. The treatment staff or wound care staff are above and beyond at all times, working with you to make it convenient and pleasant experience to heal under their marvelous care and skilled nursing procedures some of those names are. Christian, Brandon, Lou, Annabelle, and Audrey. The icing on the Cape is the unbelievable, highly qualified, caring Therapist. They not only know how to instruct you properly to achieve your goals. They work one on one with you to make sure that you understand what’s safe and productive you will get pushed. They will entice you, but you will be careful for every step of the way which means a lot when you’re learning how to walk all over again and your mid 70s . All I have to say is if I have to be away from my home and my wife for eight months out of a year this place makes it worth it bless you all and thank you for making this a unified special place.

Patients are basically left to take care of themselves here. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout my experience. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Place is a joke! I would give it zero stars if I could.

A snake pit has more to offer. Residents are unkempt, allowed to sit in dirty diapers, rooms are dirty. Rare if any meaningful progress reports and never we participated in an interdisciplinary meeting. Staff was unresponsive, uncaring and unfriendly. The LTC ombudsman should be ashamed of their lack of oversight.

Great place and amazing staff!

My very first visit I went to visit a family member was a very unprofessional place to have a love one in. When I first walked in the horrible smell of cigarette smoke hit me, the unclean area outside and inside, young personnel pandering around in the hallway, the alarms going off constantly and the younger personnel being rude to a patient! I’m thankful it wasn’t the person I was visiting or I would have filed a complaint against the company since they are getting paid to care for our love ones. If only I could find some other place for my love one.

My fiancés father got transferred here from the hospital and we are pulling him out immediately! No AC, terrible staff, flys all over his food, people smoking cigarettes outside his door non stop, the tv didn’t work, they don’t look at the diet plan, they took his phone out of his hand while he was talking to his son, the bathroom door wouldn’t open, it took over a day to get him a fan cause it was so hot out! Don’t send someone you love here.

It’s a good place alot of friendly nurses and CAsome are not second Daniel I was hrei fel of the bed in-between 2 wheel chairs it took them 20min to come and help me up1 came n said just wait I’ll be back she came back 10to 15 min later with a man to help me up I I hit the of my healthy didn’t even ask me if I hit any part of my body I’m still hre waiting to get released I’ve been hre 6 weeks and then some days I’ve been going to theethypy

The facility is impressive. It’s super clean. All the staff is amiable and sweet. They take excellent care of my brother. I give them hats up. I can’t believe they could even put up with them because he has a bad temper, and they are so patient and wonderful. I don’t know what we would have done without someone like the staff; they’re truly unique and highly recommended, and I never thought they were such a place like this

Your incompetent staff killed my stepdad.

My mother is currently there and they all take my name and number but I have yet to hear from anyone. This is a nightly action and so far no luck getting ahold of anyone in charge to find the problem. I live out of state and rely on communication to know how my mother is doing and so far I have the worst possible care thoughts going through my head. So far I don’t recommend.

I am a friend or relative of resident Lovely environment and a surprise when we went in side. Home like atmosphere and the people living there told us the food is good and they get great care. Know a couple of people who reside at Los Robles Care Center who have not one complaint. (surprising too)
